Urgently remove difficulties for Dong Nai University

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son listened to the report and recommendations of Dong Nai University, and together with representatives of relevant departments and branches, sought solutions to remove the school's difficulties.

Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son requested the school to coordinate with departments and branches to urgently complete the project to attract high-quality human resources and the project of job positions, and soon submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for comments before submitting it to the Provincial People's Council for approval. These are very important tasks, helping the school soon have a team of high-quality human resources to serve the work of training and scientific research.

Regarding the staffing for Dong Nai University, the provincial leaders requested the Department of Home Affairs and relevant departments and branches to advise the province to issue mechanisms and policies for the school on staffing in accordance with legal regulations, and at the same time, in accordance with the actual needs of the school.

Regarding the proposal of Dong Nai University to allocate land in Binh Phuoc ward to build the second campus and a facility to serve the province's teacher training, the provincial leaders and departments and branches all support the plan to soon hand over the 6.4ha land plot in Binh Phuoc ward to the school, so that the construction of the second campus can be implemented. In addition, consider the plan to temporarily assign the school a facility in Binh Phuoc ward to serve the training and development of teachers while waiting for the construction of the second campus.

In addition, the provincial leaders also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Finance to advise on a plan to hand over a 4-hectare land plot in Tam Hiep Ward, right next to Dong Nai University, to build a National Defense Training Center. This center will not only be used by Dong Nai University but can also be shared with other universities and colleges in the region that have needs.

Regarding the digital transformation of Dong Nai University, the provincial leaders requested the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Finance to urgently guide and support the school to have enough conditions and resources for implementation. This is a very important condition for the school to improve the effectiveness of management, online training and distance training.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son also requested: Dong Nai University and relevant departments and branches urgently review the conditions and regulations so that the province can direct the removal of difficulties and obstacles in order to resolve the regime and policies on staffing for the Pedagogical Practice School under Dong Nai University, while continuing to create favorable conditions for the school to promote scientific research.
