Accordingly, the Department of Water Resources Management requests the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa to study, review and implement regulations related to the issuance, extension, adjustment, re-issuance, approval of return, suspension, suspension, revocation of water resource exploitation licenses, underground water exploration licenses and underground drilling practice licenses according to regulations; urgently report to the Provincial People's Committee to develop the fee for appraisal of granting licenses on water resources and underground well drilling practice for the tasks and powers of the Minister of Agriculture and Environment delegated to the Provincial People's Committee.
Regarding the approval, adjustment, and collection of fees for granting water resource exploitation rights, for water exploitation projects for domestic use that have been licensed before July 1, 2024, the declaration and calculation of fees for granting water resource exploitation rights must be completed no later than December 31, 2025.
The Department of Water Resources Management also requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urge companies to promptly submit declarations for calculating or adjusting fees for granting the right to exploit water resources for domestic use according to regulations; report to the Provincial People's Committee to promptly amend and promulgate the price list for calculating resource tax in the province as a basis for calculating, approving and adjusting fees for granting the right to exploit water resources.
