Dong Mai Industrial Cluster is deployed in Dong Mai ward, with a total area of 16 hectares, invested by Tan Dai Duong International Import Export Joint Stock Company with a total capital of nearly 300 billion VND.

After 9 months of construction, the project was completed ahead of schedule with a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system, meeting the needs of attracting investment in industrial and handicraft factories, supporting services and relocating about 180 production and business establishments in urban areas of neighboring communes and wards.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: In recent years, Quang Ninh province has made continuous efforts to improve the investment environment, promote administrative reform, build and upgrade socio -economic infrastructure to attract resources for development. Investing in the construction of modern and synchronous industrial clusters is one of the focuses in the province's industrial development strategy, aiming to create clean land to attract secondary investment projects, promote economic restructuring, create more jobs, increase budget revenue and improve people's lives.

The putting Dong Mai Industrial Cluster into operation has increased the number of industrial clusters that have invested in technical infrastructure construction and come into operation in the province to 7 industrial clusters, with a total area of 373.19 hectares.

Thereby, contributing to Quang Ninh province completing the economic growth target of over 15% in 2025.
