Request to continue speeding up land auction progress in Dong Nai

Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Le Thanh Dien, Deputy Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, said: In late September and early October, the province successfully auctioned 3 land plots. For the remaining land plots, the center issued 23/37 auction plans, of which 22 plans were approved by the authorities; detailed planning 1/500 for 7 land plots is being prepared. The Provincial People's Committee has approved the investment policy for 3/11 land plots.

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center made three recommendations: Localities should speed up the progress of land acquisition and site handover; the Department of Construction should promptly complete the dossier approving the investment policy of housing project land plots, to ensure the progress of dossier preparation, appraisal and approval; the Provincial People's Committee should promptly issue a plan to replace the 2025 land auction plan issued at the beginning of the year to have a basis for implementing the next steps for newly added land plots.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha assessed: Land auctions in Dong Nai have been cleared after many years. This is of great significance in creating additional revenue for the budget, opening up a positive signal in attracting investors, and speeding up the process of putting land into use.

According to the provincial People's Committee leader, in 2025, Dong Nai was assigned a target of double-digit economic growth. To achieve this target, it is necessary to synchronously and effectively implement solutions, including budget collection. The Provincial Party Committee has assigned the task to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to strive to increase specific revenue from land auctions. To achieve this target, it is necessary to urgently complete legal procedures to put the planned land plots up for auction.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to plan and control the progress of auctioned land plots that require detailed planning at 1/500 scale. The Provincial Land Fund Development Center shall develop detailed planning at 1/500 scale for the 7 assigned land plots; develop a detailed plan with expected auction dates for each land plot; review and summarize the list of additional and removed land plots to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a new land auction plan for 2025.
