According to the report of Xuan Loc Commune People's Committee, the Urban and Tourism Development Project at Chua Chan Mountain and Nui Le Lake has been updated with a total area of ​​nearly 1,500 hectares. In which, phase 1 invests in the Chua Chan Mountain peak area with a scale of about 107 hectares and the Nui Le Lake Urban Area Project with an area of ​​over 252 hectares; Phase 2 invests in projects around Chua Chan Mountain with a total area of ​​nearly 1,100 hectares, including residential areas at the foot of the mountain in the following directions: East, Southeast, South, West, Northwest, North of Chua Chan Mountain.

Regarding the Chua Chan Mountain Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project in Xuan Loc Commune, up to now, the implementation of regional planning, general construction planning, land use planning, etc. to ensure the integration of projects according to the Chua Chan Mountain Development Project has been basically completed, contributing to promoting the development of traffic infrastructure, increasing the connection of economic and social development for the locality.

The project was approved by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee in June 2025 and is taking the next steps. The Nui Le Lake Urban Area project is also currently ensuring the implementation of all types of planning and has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee, creating favorable conditions for project development.

To ensure synchronous traffic infrastructure after the Chua Chan Mountain Ecotourism, Resort and Entertainment Project, Xuan Loc Commune, Dong Nai Province is completed and put into operation, the People's Committee of Xuan Loc Commune requests the Provincial People's Committee and a number of related departments and branches to review and provide guidance on documents, procedures and prioritize capital allocation to implement traffic projects connecting to the project. At the same time, direct departments and branches to create favorable conditions for localities to deploy and promote project progress to soon put into operation and use, creating momentum for local socio-economic growth in the shortest time.
