Accordingly, the model supports nearly 5,000 breeding chickens, which are sugarcane chickens that have been brooded for about 20 days, healthy, along with 65% of the materials for raising chickens from the chick stage to the time of selling, including: food, biological products and disinfectants, for 20 households in Phong Hai commune.

Participating households are poor, near-poor or disadvantaged farmer members who have the need and voluntarily register to participate in the model.
Households provide barns and at the same time commit to fully comply with technical processes, disease prevention, and environmental protection; and not transfer breeds or supporting materials in any form.
Households are also willing to cooperate in inspection and supervision by professional agencies and create conditions for other households to visit and learn from their experiences.

Along with support for breeds and materials, households participating in the model are also trained in care techniques, disease prevention, barn hygiene and biosafety farming processes.

The model is deployed to help farmers access biosafety farming methods, reduce disease risks and improve economic efficiency in poultry farming; thereby contributing to creating sustainable livelihoods, gradually improving income and life for poor and near-poor households in Phong Hai commune.
