At the handover ceremony, the Provincial Red Cross Society and Food Bank Vietnam donated 30 boxes of goods, totaling 13.5 million VND, to the Provincial Center for the Protection and Care of Children with Special Circumstances (20 boxes) and the Hai Ha Social Work Center (10 boxes). These practical gifts contributed to encouraging and motivating the children being cared for and nurtured at these facilities, bringing them joy during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
This activity has profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the core role and bridging function of the Provincial Red Cross Society in humanitarian work, while also spreading the spirit of mutual support and compassion within the community. Through mobilizing social resources, the Society has connected benevolent hearts to work together to care for disadvantaged children, helping them celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival in a warm and happy atmosphere, nurturing their childhood dreams.
It is known that during the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2025, the Provincial Red Cross Society coordinated with agencies, units, and philanthropists to organize the distribution of gifts to disadvantaged children throughout the province with a total support budget of approximately 180 million VND.
