In early December 2025, to facilitate the implementation of the project to renovate, upgrade, and expand the Son Hai village road, with a total length of over 1.2km and a total cost of over 14 billion VND, designed with a width of 5.5m and 2 lanes for convenient traffic flow, the functional departments of Ba Che commune organized a meeting with households to inform them about the construction progress and announce the land use boundaries.
This will help to promote awareness and encourage people to agree to donate land, trees, and assets on the land for the project. After the project is completed and put into use, it will create a bright, green, clean, and beautiful landscape, protect the environment, ensure traffic safety; and serve the living and transportation needs, improving the quality of life for 77 households with 338 people in Son Hai village.
Based on the information provided and the benefits the project will bring, 100% of the households participating in the meeting expressed their agreement and support for the plan to renovate, upgrade, and expand the internal village road in Son Hai.

Implementing Plan No. 272/KH-UBND (dated October 21, 2025) of the Provincial People's Committee, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Ba Chẽ commune have launched a widespread call to all cadres, Party members, civil servants, employees, and people in the area to join hands with the locality to implement infrastructure projects to promote socio -economic development, create urban landscapes, minimize environmental pollution, and address flood-prone areas. This will improve the quality of existing urban areas and residential zones in the commune.
After reviewing and assessing the current state of residential areas, Ba Chẽ commune has identified four key projects requiring focused renovation, improvement, and upgrading. These are: Upgrading the roads in the resettlement area of Hamlet 3A; renovating, upgrading, and expanding the internal road in Sơn Hải hamlet; renovating, upgrading, and expanding the road leading to the Khe Cóc residential area; and renovating, upgrading, and expanding the internal road in Lò Vôi hamlet. In addition to provincial and local budgets, residents have voluntarily donated thousands of square meters of land . Land, fences, and structures were dismantled, contributing to the realization of the projects... To date, the majority of people in the areas of the four key projects have agreed to donate more than 8,000 square meters of land, along with many structures, fences, and fruit trees, worth billions of dong.
Previously, in mid-August 2025, the project to renovate and upgrade Provincial Road 330 (section from Ba Che commune to Provincial Road 342) commenced construction. The project has a total length of nearly 20.97 km, shortening the existing road by approximately 2.5 km. The starting point is at Km10+700 (in Ba Che commune), and the end point is at Km34+200, connecting to Provincial Road 342 (in Ky Thuong commune). The total investment is 987 billion VND from the provincial budget. Currently, 13 investment projects are being implemented in Ba Che commune, of which 8 projects are managed by the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Region 2 (transferred to the commune) with a total investment of 159,272.6 million VND. The Service Supply Center is the investor for 5 projects with a total investment of 48,392 million VND.
One of the highlights is the Nam Son Industrial Cluster – a key local project that has completed its first phase of investment, covering an area of 28.5 hectares with a total investment of 282 billion VND. The commune has attracted 8 additional secondary projects to the cluster, bringing the total to 10 projects with a total registered capital of 639 billion VND, achieving an occupancy rate of 83.5%. These projects focus on processing, manufacturing, and the application of smart technologies, aligning with the orientation towards clean and sustainable industrial development. Among them, the cinnamon processing plant in Nam Kim village has also recently officially commenced operations.
With strong political determination and the consensus of the entire political system and the people, we believe that the aforementioned projects will create momentum to boost economic development, attract tourism, and contribute to improving the quality of life for the people of Ba Chẽ commune.
