- The sidewalk of Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street in front of the former Tan Giang Ward stadium and the vacant land opposite Tan Giang Kindergarten.

In case there is a need to add another location suitable to the actual requirements in the ward, organizations and individuals should contact the Thanh Sen Ward General Service Center (address: 26 Dang Dung Street, Thanh Sen Ward - contact Mr. Dau Tien Dung directly, Tel: 0913.071.030); do not make arrangements without prior approval.
Time allowed
The permitted period for temporary use of roads and sidewalks is from January 28, 2026 to 5:30 PM on February 16, 2026 (i.e., from the 10th to the 29th day of the 12th lunar month).
After the aforementioned period, organizations, units, and individuals are requested to return and hand over the premises.
The People's Committee of Thanh Sen Ward has also assigned the Thanh Sen Ward General Services Center to develop a plan and layout diagram for each location, and report it to the People's Committee of the ward (through the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Planning) before December 15, 2025. At the same time, they will widely publicize the locations and guide households to register for the use of these locations.
Accordingly, organizations and individuals are required to commit to ensuring security, order, and environmental hygiene, and to hand over and return the premises and infrastructure upon the expiration of the period; promptly detect and immediately dismantle any unauthorized business establishments that do not meet the prescribed conditions.
