The Land Registration Office of Ha Tinh province is recruiting staff.

The Land Registration Office of Ha Tinh province announces the recruitment of civil servants in 2025 in accordance with Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP, Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP and Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP.

I. RECRUITMENT TARGETS AND POSITIONS

1. Recruitment to attract civil servants will be carried out in accordance with Government Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024: 10 positions as follows:

- Job position: Land Surveyor (8 vacancies)

- Job position: Administrative and Office Specialist (2 vacancies).

2. Recruitment of civil servants: 40 positions for Land Administration Officers.

3. Recruitment in accordance with Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP and Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP:

- Job position: Land surveyor (22 vacancies);

- Job position: Archivist (1 vacancy);

- Job positions: Administrative and Office Specialist (13 vacancies);

- Job position: Accountant (4 vacancies).

2. Eligibility requirements for application

Individuals who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social background, beliefs, or religion, are eligible to register for the civil servant recruitment at the Land Registration Office under the Department of Agriculture and Environment:

- Must be a Vietnamese citizen and reside in Vietnam;

- From the age of 18 and above;

- Applicants must have an application form (according to mẫu số 01 issued with Government Decree No. 85/2023/NĐ-CP).

- Has a clean record;

- Possess diplomas, training certificates, and professional licenses appropriate to the job position;

- Having sufficient health to perform the job or task;

- Meeting other conditions as required by the job position and determined by the public service unit, but not contrary to the provisions of the law.

The following individuals are not eligible to apply for civil servant positions:

- Loss of or limitation of civil capacity;

- Currently under criminal investigation; serving a sentence or complying with a criminal judgment or decision of the Court; currently subject to administrative measures such as placement in a treatment facility, educational institution, or reformatory.

3. Application documents

3.1. For candidates applying under Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP

- Application form according to Form No. 02;

- Copies of diplomas, certificates, and academic transcripts required for the position, certified by the competent authority. Diplomas, transcripts, and certificates in foreign languages ​​must be accompanied by a Vietnamese translation certified by the competent authority. In cases where the diploma from a foreign educational institution does not specify the degree, additional documents proving the applicant's academic performance was excellent according to the school's ranking must be submitted.

- Certificates of merit or documents certified by competent authorities proving individual achievements during high school or university studies that meet the regulations in Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP;

- Certificate confirming eligibility for priority consideration in civil servant recruitment (if any), authenticated by the competent authority;

- Three (3) color photos measuring 4cm x 6cm (taken within 6 months prior to the application submission date; clearly write the applicant's full name and date of birth on the back of each photo);

- There are 03 (three) envelopes with stamps affixed, clearly stating the full name, contact address and phone number of the applicant in the recipient section.

3.2. For candidates applying for civil servant positions and those applying under Decree No. 115/2010/ND-CP and Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP

- Application form according to Form No. 01 as stipulated in Government Decree 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023.

- Applicants must submit one set of application documents to the Ha Tinh Land Registration Office, fully and truthfully declaring all required information in the application form up to the time of submission, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information declared in the application form and the completeness of the application documents.

- Three (3) color photos measuring 4cm x 6cm (taken within 6 months prior to the application submission date; clearly write the applicant's full name and date of birth on the back of each photo);

- There are 03 (three) envelopes with stamps affixed, clearly stating the full name, contact address and phone number of the applicant in the recipient section.

In addition to the aforementioned documents, candidates eligible for civil servant positions must also provide documents related to their work experience and mandatory social insurance contribution period as stipulated in Article 13 of Decree 115/2010/ND-CP and Decree 85/2023/ND-CP.

4. Eligibility criteria and priority points in recruitment: Follow regulations (if any).

III. RECRUITMENT CONTENT AND PROCEDURES:

1. Recruitment in accordance with Government Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP

- Round 1: Evaluation of the applicant's academic and research results (if any) to ensure they meet the standards stipulated in Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP.

Candidates whose applications meet the eligibility requirements stipulated in Decree No. 179/2024/ND-CP will proceed to Round 2.

- Round 2: Oral examination on professional qualifications and skills (testing the candidate's knowledge and professional skills) according to the requirements of the job position being recruited. The oral examination time is 30 minutes (candidates have no more than 15 minutes to prepare, which is not included in the examination time); the scoring scale is 100 points (applied according to the regulations in Government Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP).

No review will be conducted for the oral examination results.

2. Recruitment into civil service

a) Round 1: Verification of the qualifications, standards, diplomas, and certificates of the candidate recommended for recruitment according to the requirements of the job position being recruited.

b) Round 2: Assessment of the general knowledge and professional skills of the candidate for recruitment.

3. Recruitment shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Government Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP and Government Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP.

a) Round 1: Checking eligibility requirements based on the application form and the requirements of the job position being recruited for. If all requirements are met, the applicant will proceed to Round 2.

b) Round 2: Interview. This round tests the candidate's knowledge and professional skills according to the requirements of the job position being advertised.

- Scoring scale: 100 points;

- Examination time: 30-minute interview (candidates have no more than 15 minutes to prepare before the interview);

There will be no review process for interview results.

4. Time and location for receiving applications and expected time for organizing the selection process:

- Application submission period: From December 15, 2025 to January 14, 2026 (during business hours on weekdays).

- Location for receiving applications: Administrative and General Affairs Department, Ha Tinh Land Registration Office. No. 01, Vo Liem Son Street, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province.

- Expected recruitment period: From January 24, 2026 to the end of February 2026.

5. Application fee :

- The collection, management, and use of application fees shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations stipulated in Circular No. 92/2021/TT-BTC dated October 28, 2021, of the Ministry of Finance, which specifies the rates, collection methods, payment, management, and use of fees for recruitment, examination for promotion, and advancement of civil servants and public employees.

- Applicants must pay the fee as notified by the Recruitment Council. (Note: Unsuccessful applicants will not be refunded their application form and fee).

IV. RECRUITMENT LOCATION

At the Land Registration Office of Ha Tinh province, No. 01, Vo Liem Son Street, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh province (candidates will be notified in case of any changes).

This announcement is published on the Ha Tinh online newspaper, the Department of Agriculture and Environment's electronic portal, and publicly posted at the office of the Ha Tinh Provincial Land Registration Office.
