1. Recruitment targets and job positions.
1.1. Targets: 28 targets, including:
- Medical doctor (general practitioner): 9 positions;
- Traditional medicine doctor: 3 criteria;
- Dentist/Oral and Maxillofacial Specialist: 1 position;
- Ophthalmologist: 1 position;
- Bachelor of Nursing (University level): 7 positions;
- University of Diagnostic Imaging Technology: 3 positions;
- University of Medical Laboratory Technology: 2 positions.
- Rehabilitation technicians with college degrees or higher: 2 positions.
1.2. Job positions:
- General practitioner, Grade III;
- Doctor of Traditional Medicine, Grade III
- Doctor specializing in the examination and treatment of oral and maxillofacial diseases, Grade III;
- Doctor specializing in ophthalmology, level III;
- Nurse Grade III;
- Medical laboratory technician, Grade III;
- Medical Technician specializing in Diagnostic Imaging, Grade III
- Rehabilitation technicians of level IV or higher;
3. Recruitment method: Selection based on qualifications.
4. Selection criteria:
The recruitment of healthcare professionals in 2025 will be conducted through a two-round selection process.
- Round 1: Checking eligibility requirements based on the application form and the requirements of the job position being recruited for. If all requirements are met, the applicant will proceed to Round 2 as per regulations;
(For job positions requiring basic IT skills and foreign language proficiency, if a certificate is not available to prove competence, an assessment test will be required.)
- Round 2: Interview to assess the candidate's knowledge and professional skills required for the job position.
5. Eligibility criteria and conditions for application.
5.1 . General standards and conditions
Individuals who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social background, beliefs, or religion, are eligible to apply for employment in the departments and wards of Thach Ha Medical Center in 2025:
a. Possess Vietnamese citizenship and reside in Vietnam;
b. Those aged 18 and above;
c. Have an application form (according to the template);
d. Has a clean record;
d. Possess the required diplomas, academic transcripts, and certificates.
e. Be in good health to perform the task.
5.2. Specific standards and conditions.
a) Job positions for doctors:
- General practitioners: Must have a medical degree (general medicine) or higher;
- Doctors practicing traditional medicine: Must have a medical degree or higher, specializing in traditional medicine;
- Dentists specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery: Must possess a medical degree or higher, specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery;
- Doctors specializing in ophthalmology: Must have a medical degree (general medicine) and a basic or higher level ophthalmology certificate;
b) Nursing position: Requires a university degree or higher in nursing;
c) Laboratory Technician Position: Requires a university degree or higher in medical laboratory technology;
d) Position in Diagnostic Imaging Technician: Requires a university degree or higher in medical imaging technology;
e) Rehabilitation Technician position: Requires a college degree or higher in rehabilitation technology;
5.3 . Standards for computer and foreign language proficiency:
Possess basic IT skills and be able to use a foreign language as required by the job position, equivalent to level 2 of the foreign language proficiency framework as prescribed.
5.4. The following individuals are not eligible to apply.
a. Loss of or limitation of civil capacity.
b. Currently under criminal investigation; serving a sentence or complying with a criminal judgment or decision of the Court; or subject to administrative measures such as placement in a treatment facility, educational institution, or reformatory.
6. The application dossier includes:
- Application form according to Form No. 01 issued with Government Decree 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 ( Form 01 attached );
- Three envelopes with stamps affixed, with the applicant's address written in the recipient section;
- The documents should be placed in a separate envelope and will not be returned.
Note:
After the deadline for submitting application forms, candidates are not allowed to modify or supplement the information they have declared on the application form.
7. Deadline for submitting application forms:
- The application period is 30 days, from December 11, 2025 to January 10, 2026 (applications will be accepted during office hours on weekdays). Candidates can submit their applications directly to the Human Resources and Administration Department or send them by mail.
- In cases where candidates submit their application forms by post, the deadline will be determined by the postmark on the envelope, and the envelope must clearly state "Application for Medical Staff Recruitment at Thach Ha Medical Center, 2025".
- The second round of interviews is tentatively scheduled from January 26, 2026 to January 31, 2026.

9. Application fee:
The application fee is in accordance with Circular No. 92/2021/TT-BTC dated October 28, 2021, of the Ministry of Finance, which stipulates the rates, collection methods, management, and use of fees for recruitment, examination for promotion, and advancement of civil servants and public employees. The fee is 500,000 VND per candidate.
This announcement is published in the Ha Tinh Newspaper, the Department of Health's electronic portal, the Thach Ha Health Center's website; and publicly posted at the Health Center's office and at the application submission location.
