Issue an emergency order for the construction and repair of houses damaged by natural disasters.

The Provincial People's Committee has just issued an order for the construction of new houses and the emergency repair of existing houses for families whose homes were destroyed, swept away, or damaged by Typhoon Kalmaegi (Typhoon No. 13) and the heavy rains from November 15-20. This is an urgent solution to quickly stabilize the lives of people in the disaster-stricken area.

According to the Decision, the province will build 650 new houses for households whose homes have collapsed, been swept away, or are severely damaged beyond repair. The project will be implemented across 40 communes and wards, with the participation of various forces, including the Provincial Police, Project Management Boards, and local authorities.

Specifically, the Provincial Police Department was assigned to build 200 houses; the Tuy An Investment and Construction Project Management Board 110 houses; the Tuy Hoa Investment and Construction Project Management Board 150 houses; and the Eastern Region Investment and Construction Project Management Board 190 houses.

The People's Committee of Dak Lak province has just issued an order for the construction of new houses and the emergency repair of existing ones for households in order to quickly stabilize the lives of people in disaster-stricken areas.

The project will be implemented from December 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026. Each house is expected to cost 170 million VND, with a total budget of over 110.5 billion VND; funded by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and other organizations and individuals.

The Department of Construction is tasked with overseeing progress, issuing typical housing design models, and receiving and distributing construction materials. The Department of Finance coordinates the allocation and guidance on the use of support funds. The Department of Agriculture and Environment provides guidance on the allocation of resettlement land, the use of local materials, and the review of areas at risk of landslides and flash floods.

The People's Committees of communes and wards are responsible for correctly identifying eligible beneficiaries, managing the current situation, mobilizing support forces for construction, and supervising the quality of the projects. The Provincial Police and the Provincial Military Command will coordinate to ensure progress, provide materials and equipment, and strictly handle any acts of exploiting the policy for personal gain.
