The National Power Transmission Corporation donated 200 million VND to support Dak Lak in overcoming the consequences of floods and heavy rains.

On the afternoon of December 12th, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee, Branch 2 (Tuy Hoa Ward), a delegation from the National Power Transmission Corporation, led by Mr. Nguyen Huy Thang, Acting Chairman of the Trade Union of the National Power Transmission Corporation, visited and presented 200 million VND to support Dak Lak province in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

Receiving and working with the delegation were Comrade Nguyen Thien Van, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office.

At the aid handover ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huy Thang expressed his deep sympathy for the damage caused by the floods in Dak Lak province.

“With a spirit of sharing and social responsibility, the Trade Union of the National Power Transmission Corporation wishes to contribute a small part to help the province quickly restore the lives of its people, especially those households severely affected. We believe that with the decisive involvement of the province and the joint efforts of units and businesses, the work of overcoming the consequences will achieve positive results, helping people stabilize their lives,” Mr. Thang said.

Mr. Nguyen Huy Thang, Acting Chairman of the Trade Union of the National Power Transmission Corporation, shared the difficulties the province faced in post-disaster recovery efforts.

On behalf of the provincial leadership, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thien Van respectfully thanked the National Power Transmission Corporation for its timely support and assistance.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stated that the unit's support is a very valuable source of encouragement for Dak Lak province during this difficult time. The province will use the funds appropriately and for the right beneficiaries to support people in the flood-affected areas.

The province hopes to continue receiving the support of the National Power Transmission Corporation in social welfare activities, as well as in the socio-economic development of the province. The province, for its part, will cooperate and actively support the corporation when it implements projects and works within the province.
