Inauguration of Logicross Nam Thuan warehouse – a strategic step of Mitsubishi Estate in Vietnam

The project is located in Nam Thuan Industrial Park, My Hanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province, built on an area of over 6.2 hectares, with a total investment of over 1,000 billion VND. This is Mitsubishi Estate's first logistics project in Vietnam, marking a strategic step in bringing the Logicross brand to the international market.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Van Son and delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Logicross Nam Thuan warehouse.

The project consists of 3 single-storey warehouses, with a minimum rental floor area of ^3,000m2 , meeting the needs of many customers. One of the warehouses is designed with a two-way loading and unloading system, serving complex logistics activities such as cross-docking. In addition, the project is also equipped with a backup generator, ensuring stable operation even in the event of natural disasters or power outages.

As a real estate developer from Japan, Mitsubishi Estate focuses on using high-quality materials and equipment, contributing to improving the operational standards of the entire project. In particular, Logicross Nam Thuan has achieved LEED BD+C certification from the US Green Building Council thanks to the application of environmentally friendly solutions such as energy-saving LED lighting systems, water-saving equipment and energy-optimized processes.
