Inauguration of Logicross Nam Thuan Warehouse - developing logistics services in Tay Ninh

On August 20, 2025, at Nam Thuan Industrial Park (My Hanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province), Mitsubishi Estate Company (Japan) held the inauguration ceremony of Logicross Nam Thuan Warehouse - the Group's first logistics project in Vietnam. Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee Huynh Van Son, representatives of departments, branches, localities and leaders of domestic and foreign enterprises.

Logicross Nam Thuan warehouse is built on an area of over 6.2 hectares, with a scale of 3 single-storey warehouse blocks. Of which, one block is designed to support cross-docking, helping to optimize the flow of goods and improve operational efficiency. The project is also equipped with a backup generator, ensuring continuous operation.

The project highlights the use of high-quality materials and equipment, while focusing on energy-saving and environmental protection factors. The project has been awarded LEED BD+C certification by the US Green Building Council, thanks to the application of energy-saving LED lights, water-saving equipment and a modern energy management system.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Van Son affirmed: "The inauguration and operation of the Logicross Nam Thuan Warehouse is not only important for Mitsubishi Estate Group, but also contributes to creating momentum for the development of the logistics industry in Tay Ninh. This is an area that the province is prioritizing to attract investment, in order to promote advantages in terms of geographical location, regional and international traffic infrastructure. Tay Ninh province always accompanies businesses, creating all favorable conditions for the project to operate effectively and sustainably, contributing to improving competitiveness and promoting local socio -economic development."

Logicross Nam Thuan warehouse is built on an area of over 6.2 hectares.

Mitsubishi Estate representative said: Logicross Nam Thuan is not only the first logistics project in Vietnam but also an important step in the Group's international expansion strategy.
