The biosafety technology concentrated pig farming project started construction in November 2023, with a total area of over 14.6 hectares in Hoa Binh commune, Chi Lang district, invested by SHG One Member Co., Ltd. The scale of farming is about 1,250 breeding sows and 9,000 pigs/litter, with a total investment of 183.7 billion VND. By December 2024, the project was completed and put into operation by the investor.
To improve efficiency, the investor has built the project using automatic technology to make it easy to clean when in use; save construction area, reduce operating costs and be environmentally friendly thanks to the odor and wastewater treatment system that meets prescribed standards; the circulating treatment system, reuses water, ensures proactive water sources for long-term livestock farming activities...
At the ceremony, delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the concentrated pig farm using biosafety technology.
It is known that this is the first large-scale biosafety pig farm in Chi Lang district. The project is put into operation to provide good quality pig breeds and pork products, ensuring food safety to the market, and at the same time, help solve jobs for many local workers.
