Khanh Vinh: Training on document management software, operations and work performance evaluation tools

On the morning of June 24, the Standing Committee of Khanh Vinh District Party Committee organized a training conference on the use of document management and administration software (E-Office) and a set of tools to measure and evaluate work efficiency (KPI) for cadres, civil servants, and public employees of Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and new commune-level professional agencies in the area. This is an activity to prepare for the effective implementation of the 2-level local government model from July 1.

Conference scene.

At the conference, delegates were directly instructed by technical staff on how to use E-Office software to process incoming and outgoing documents, sign documents, manage work schedules, manage work and store digital records. At the same time, instructions were given on how to operate the KPI toolkit to assign tasks, monitor progress, self-evaluate and score the performance of each officer and civil servant to serve the assessment and classification work in a fair and objective manner.

Immediately after the conference, Khanh Vinh District Party Committee directed units to urgently apply software and KPI tools in practice to ensure that new communes operate smoothly and effectively from July 1.
