Present at B'Lao Food Company (Loc Son Industrial Park), the largest agricultural processing enterprise in Lam Dong province, with a complex of production lines with modern machinery and technology from Sweden, we noticed a rather vibrant atmosphere of labor competition in production. B'Lao Food Company officially came into operation in early 2023, with an annual output of 4,893 tons of raw materials and 1,680 tons of finished products, with revenue reaching 120 billion VND. The main products produced by the Company are mainly frozen fruits such as durian, passion fruit, avocado and mango... With a strict production process according to European standards, B'Lao Food's products are mainly exported to markets such as the US, Europe, Korea and China.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh - Chairman of the Board of Members and General Director of Antesco Company (B'Lao Food's parent company), B'Lao Food is currently creating jobs for more than 270 local workers, with a stable income of 8 to 12 million VND/person/month. In 2024, the Company will continue to improve techniques and introduce machinery and equipment into production to increase productivity, reduce costs and increase product value. Thereby, striving to achieve a consumption output of 7,300 tons of raw materials for agricultural products and fruits and a revenue of over 400 billion VND.
At Phuoc Lac Tea Company (Dam Bri commune), Mr. Lam Tuyen - General Director of the Company said that currently, the company is creating stable jobs for more than 30 official workers and more than 150 seasonal workers. The average income of official workers is from 9 to 15 million VND/person/month; production and processing reach about 100 tons of Oolong tea/year. Thereby, there are positive contributions to the growing development of the local tea industry.
Similarly, as a leading enterprise in investing in modern machinery and technology for silk spinning and weaving in Bao Loc City, Ha Bao Silk Spinning and Weaving Company started production on the 6th day of Tet. The production atmosphere at Ha Bao Company is full of energy, looking forward to the year of Giap Thin with many plans and expectations according to the pre-determined plan.
Ms. Ha Thi Hoa - Director of Ha Bao Silk Spinning and Weaving Company, said: Currently, on average, the Company produces about 50 tons of finished silk products each year for export to markets such as France, Japan and India. Currently, the Company's Party Cell has 10 party members out of a total of more than 80 employees, with an income of 8 to 12 million VND/month. In early 2024, the Company successfully exported silk scarves to France and continued to export orders to Europe. The Company's silk spinning and weaving system is fully automated and modern; each year it produces about 50 tons of finished silk products, with 80% of silk being exported.
Golden Coffee Joint Stock Company is a high-quality coffee bean producer in Loc Son Industrial Park, with its main product being Robusta coffee exported to markets such as Italy, Spain, Germany and the US. With a system of modern equipment, machinery and production lines, the Company only has 20 employees operating the production line. Each year, the Company produces and processes about 12,000 tons of coffee beans for export and domestic consumption.
Minh Tuan Company Limited, a long-standing producer of Good brand purified water in Bao Loc City, is also creating jobs for dozens of workers with an income of 8 to 15 million VND/month; at the same time, the Company has many contributions to local charity and humanitarian activities.
According to statistics of Bao Loc City, in 2023, enterprises and industrial production establishments in the area operated stably, meeting signed orders and domestic consumption and export needs, mainly focusing on the processing and manufacturing industry. In addition, the electricity production and distribution industry maintained the generator running capacity to supply the national power system, so the index increased slightly over the same period.
Accordingly, the value of industrial and construction production has a fairly good growth rate compared to the set plan; the value of industrial and construction production reached more than 6,991 billion VND, an increase of 5.6% over the same period in 2022. In particular, processed tea, silk, and coffee products are still strengths and maintain stable growth, contributing to the overall socio -economic development of the locality.
