Letting children drive vehicles is a violation of traffic laws, disregarding the law, and then disregarding their own lives and property as well as the lives of their children, and those around them.”

Recently, many children, although still very young, are calmly allowed by their parents to sit in the driver's seat and hold the steering wheel while the car is moving.

Allowing a child to drive a vehicle that is not suitable for the subject is an administrative violation. When consequences occur, in addition to the administrative fine, the violator must also compensate for property damage if causing property damage to others. Or more seriously, they will be prosecuted if the incident endangers the life or injury of others.

For parents who film their children driving and post it online, it is a wrong action because we are promoting an illegal act. At the same time, Article 21 of the 2016 Law on Children also stipulates the inviolability of children's personal secrets, this law prohibits the act of publishing and disclosing children's private lives and secrets in areas of their personal lives, their academic achievements and results. Putting your children's academic achievements on social networking sites inadvertently creates risks for your own children, bad people can take advantage of that information to coerce and bully them to commit wrongful acts or, more seriously, commit criminal acts such as kidnapping, extortion, or threats to seize property.”
