Groundbreaking ceremony of Hong Hac Eco-Urban Area

On the afternoon of April 13, in Xuan Lam ward (Thuan Thanh town), the groundbreaking ceremony of Hong Hac Eco-Urban Area took place. Comrades: Nguyen Anh Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and National Assembly Delegation attended.

Perspective of Hong Hac urban area.

Hong Hac Eco-Urban Area is invested by the Joint Stock Company of the Trade Union of the Industrial and Commercial Bank - a member of Phu My Hung Group, together with its partner, Nomura Group (Japan); located on an area of nearly 198 hectares, in the communes of Ngu Thai, Song Lieu and Xuan Lam ward, Thuan Thanh town; total investment of more than 27,145 billion VND; expected population of 28,000 people. The urban area is planned as an ecological project, the construction area accounts for more than 30%, the rest is used for green park landscape, multi-storey parking lot and essential public service works such as healthcare,education , sports, culture, etc., ensuring the best living conditions for people in need. The project is divided into 4 investment phases, implemented from 2024 to 2036.

With a prime location bordering Bac Ninh province with Hanoi capital and Hung Yen province, located on the connecting axis between Hanoi - Hai Phong - Bac Ninh provinces, the project is a highlight in landscape architecture, fully meeting the utilities of the urban area and neighboring areas.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dao Quang Khai acknowledged and highly appreciated the effective coordination of departments, branches and localities in compensation, site clearance, investment preparation and project implementation; requested investors and contractors to promote their capacity and experience, focus resources on construction on schedule, ensure project quality; strictly comply with regulations on labor safety, environmental protection and effective use of resources.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments, branches and sectors and the People's Committee of Thuan Thanh town to continue to closely coordinate, accompany and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles so that the project can be implemented smoothly, safely and successfully, contributing to promoting the overall development of the province.
