Construction of Ru Linh Eco-tourism Area started

This morning, August 21, at Hoa Binh village, Hien Thanh commune, Vinh Linh district, Quang Tri province, Song Hien CNF Trade - Tourism Company Limited held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Ru Linh Eco-tourism Area.

The Ru Linh Eco-tourism Project was approved for investment for the first time by the People's Committee of Quang Tri province in Decision No. 568/QD-UBND dated March 24, 2016 with a total investment of 319.7 billion VND, and an expected land area of ​​200 hectares.

The project is invested by Song Hien CNF Trade - Tourism Company Limited; implemented in the Ru Linh primeval forest area, in the area of ​​Vinh Hoa and Hien Thanh communes, Vinh Linh district.

According to this decision, the project will complete phase 1 and come into operation in mid-2020, then continue to implement phase 2 (2020 - 2024).

However, due to many objective and subjective reasons, the project is behind schedule.

On November 22, 2022, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province issued Decision No. 2995/QD - UBND approving the adjustment of the project investment policy.

After adjustment, the project's total investment has been reduced to 104.4 billion VND; the expected land area used is 137.3328 hectares, including 36.2328 hectares of leased land and 101.1 hectares of leased forest area for tourism under the forest canopy.

Currently, the project investor has completed the necessary legal procedures.
