Launching the Project of investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park

Delegates perform the launching ceremony of the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Construction Project.

With the goal of anticipating the new wave of investment and taking advantage of the strategic advantages of Da Nang city, the project was assigned to Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company as the investor to implement with a total investment of more than 6,200 billion VND; the implementation progress is no more than 42 months from the date of land handover; location in Hoa Ninh commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city.

Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is expected to become one of the most modern industrial parks in the Central region, prioritizing investment attraction in the direction of specialized industry, modern and advanced technology, forming a clean and environmentally friendly industrial park.

This will contribute to the formation of an ecosystem of industrial parks - high-tech - free trade zones in the Northwest of the city and is expected to promote the supply chain, improve industrial production capacity, and create positive spillovers to other economic sectors such as trade, services, logistics, tourism and port logistics. This is also an important step in the strategy to develop Da Nang into an economic - industrial - commercial center of the Central region and the whole country.

The city is committed to continuing to create the most favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh and Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh presented the Decision on investment policy - approving the investor of the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project to Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company.

Specifically, the city will provide maximum support in site clearance and construction of synchronous technical infrastructure; promote administrative reform, create an open and transparent investment environment; coordinate with relevant parties to promptly resolve difficulties and problems during the implementation process.

Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang and Head of the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks Vu Quang Hung awarded the Investment Registration Certificate for the Project on investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park.

On this occasion, Da Nang city granted the Decision on investment policy - approved the investor of the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project to Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company. Granted the Investment Registration Certificate for the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project.

Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company gives gifts to poor households, near-poor households, and households in especially difficult circumstances in Hoa Ninh commune.
