One of the key drivers for Thanh Cong commune is the Thai Nguyen - Bac Giang - Vinh Phuc regional connecting road. Spanning over 42km, this road plays a crucial role in connecting major industrial centers in the region.

For Thanh Cong commune, the road, spanning over 10km, helps shorten travel time and opens up new development opportunities. Goods and agricultural products can be transported more easily; investors have more reasons to choose the locality as a destination.

In reality, the more developed the transportation infrastructure, the more opportunities for growth expand. Thanh Cong is gradually taking advantage of this to shift its economic structure, from a purely agricultural commune to a development model that integrates agriculture, services, and industry.

With its increasingly improved infrastructure, the Glory Golf Club project in Thai Nguyen has become a prominent landmark. Spanning nearly 54 hectares and with a total investment of approximately 388 billion VND, the project features 18 holes designed to international standards and is expected to not only serve sporting purposes but also promote tourism and recreation.

Once operational, the project could serve hundreds of visitors daily, creating jobs for many local workers. In fact, more than 50 workers from Nhe hamlet have already been employed there.

Alongside major projects, the household economy in Thanh Cong commune has also seen many positive changes. Many large-scale, well-organized agricultural production models have brought stable income, gradually improving the lives of the people.

Mr. Vu Manh Hung's broiler chicken farm (Nhe hamlet, Thanh Cong commune) provides a stable source of income.

Mr. Vu Manh Hung, owner of a broiler chicken farm in Nhe hamlet, shared: "My family raises about 10,000 chickens per batch. Thanks to applying a systematic farming process and good disease control, the economic efficiency is quite stable, not only ensuring a livelihood but also allowing for accumulation for long-term development."

Nhe Hamlet currently has 3 chicken farms and about 20 pig farms. This is evidence of the shift from small-scale production to commercial production, contributing to a stable source of income for the people.

Mr. Tran Quang Hung, head of Nhe hamlet, said: The hamlet has 263 households, and currently only 8 households are poor and 9 are near-poor. Besides developing livestock farming, many laborers have found jobs in projects in the area, including the golf course, helping to improve their lives.

Besides livestock farming, tea cultivation remains a traditional strength of the locality. However, instead of small-scale production, many cooperatives have proactively improved quality and built brands to increase the value of their products.

Mr. Le Van Loi, Director of Van Loi Tea Cooperative, said: "The cooperative currently has 43 members, with over 7 hectares of tea plantations. Thanks to the application of safe production processes, the income of members has initially reached about 8-10 million VND/person/month. We aim to build a high-quality tea brand and expand our market."

Along with economic development, Thanh Cong commune has paid special attention to building advanced new rural areas. Rural transportation infrastructure, electricity and water systems, schools, and cultural centers have been invested in comprehensively, contributing to improving the quality of life for the people. The rural landscape is becoming increasingly neat and beautiful; the material and spiritual lives of the people continue to improve.

The locality will continue to promote investment attraction, prioritizing clean industrial projects, service development, and ecotourism associated with environmental protection. The goal is sustainable development, improving people's lives, and gradually integrating more deeply into the global economy.
