Subject Nguyen Van Quang did not comply with the inspection request of the authorities.

The task force signaled the vehicle to stop for inspection, but the driver refused to comply and fled. This behavior endangered the task force and the public.

After failing to escape, Nguyen Van Quang continued to refuse to comply with the inspection and hid the key, preventing the authorities from carrying out their duties and even pretended to faint, but when the ambulance arrived, he immediately regained consciousness. The examination results of the doctors at Bai Chay Hospital showed that Quang's health was completely normal.

At the police investigation agency, Nguyen Van Quang confessed his violations.
