Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc noted that localities need to provide sufficient modern equipment and machinery to best serve the people in resolving administrative procedures quickly and conveniently. In particular, they must provide guidance boards on the process and steps for conducting administrative procedures on online public services so that people understand and follow them. Procedures that can be done online at the commune level must definitely be handled online so that the rate of online submission and processing of documents reaches a high percentage. This should be considered the foundation and basis for building an e-government, a government that serves the people and businesses...
