On December 3, a source from Dan Tri reporter said that the Investigation Police Agency of Tu Ky District ( Hai Duong ) has initiated a case of Resisting a person on official duty, which occurred in this district on the evening of November 29.
Previously, Tu Ky District Police temporarily detained Vu Duc Binh (52 years old, residing in Dai Son Commune, Tu Ky District) to investigate the act of injuring a police officer of this district.

Regarding the incident, on the evening of November 29, Mr. Binh was driving a motorbike on Highway 391 from Hai Duong City to Tu Ky District. When he reached Dai Son Commune, the police asked him to stop and check his alcohol level.
Instead of complying, Mr. Binh drove away. Two police officers from Tu Ky district continued to follow him and asked him to stop the car and check his alcohol level.
When reaching km11+230 of provincial road 391, Mr. Binh turned into gas station number 38, in Hung Dao commune, Tu Ky district. Here, the police officer continued to ask Mr. Binh to comply with the alcohol concentration test.
Mr. Binh did not comply and went into the gas station restroom. When he came out, Mr. Binh raised his voice, challenged, argued, and used his helmet to hit a police officer in the face.
Not stopping there, Mr. Binh continued to use his helmet to attack another police officer, but this person avoided it.
The task force controlled and caught Vu Duc Binh red-handed for resisting a person on duty.
The injured police officer was taken to hospital for treatment, had his wound stitched and is in stable condition.
After that, Tu Ky District Police conducted a breath alcohol test on Vu Duc Binh and determined that Binh's breath alcohol concentration was 0.741 mg/l.
The case is under investigation.
