The project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Nhuan Trach Industrial Park (IP), Luong Son district, with a total area of 213.68 hectares, in Nhuan Trach and Cu Yen communes, officially started construction on January 10, 2025. With a total investment of more than VND 2,389 billion, invested by Hoa Phu - Hoa Binh Company Limited under Phu My Group - an enterprise that has successfully invested in many industrial park and cluster projects in Hanoi and neighboring provinces. The project is expected to be "a destination of success for investors".
The road connecting National Highway 6 to Nhuan Trach Industrial Park (Luong Son) is being urgently completed.
According to the plan, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park has a favorable location in Luong Son district - the dynamic economic driving force of Hoa Binh province. The Industrial Park is adjacent to Xuan Mai town, Chuong My district, Hanoi, more than 2km from National Highway 6, easily connecting with key economic regions via National Highway 21A, Ho Chi Minh road. In particular, the Industrial Park is also located on the regional connection traffic axis when it is 35km from Hoa Binh city, 45km from Hanoi capital, 60km from Noi Bai international airport and 150km from Hai Phong port.
Mr. Luu Quoc Khanh, Deputy General Director of Hoa Phu - Hoa Binh Company Limited, said: Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is being urgently invested in by the company to complete the following items: leveling, traffic, rainwater drainage, wastewater, water supply and fire prevention, power supply and lighting system, wastewater treatment plant, service operator, green belt and other auxiliary works. The company aims to build a synchronous and modern industrial park infrastructure, creating a highlight in terms of landscape and environment, attracting investors, prioritizing high-tech investment projects, green and clean technology, such as mechanical processing, textile and garment, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, wood processing, packaging printing... The goal is to build Nhuan Trach Industrial Park into a model multi-industry industrial park of Hoa Binh province, a "destination of success for domestic and international investors". Hoa Phu - Hoa Binh Company is implementing the construction of a green - clean - beautiful, environmentally friendly industrial park infrastructure. Of which, the area of green trees, landscape lakes and water surfaces running around the industrial park is up to more than 33 hectares (accounting for 15.5%) of the total area. When put into operation, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park will create about 15,000 - 30,000 new direct jobs and about 10,000 indirect jobs through trade and services for the locality and neighboring provinces. Thereby, increasing revenue for the state budget, contributing to the economic restructuring of the province.
Not only having modern technical infrastructure, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is also granted many preferential investment policies by the Provincial People's Committee and committed to supporting businesses, such as supporting businesses in recruiting and training local workers, preferential tax rates, tax exemption and reduction policies...

As a locality with an industrial park located in the area, Mr. Hoang Van Bay, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nhuan Trach Commune, said: Currently, the commune has more than 3,000 workers working in companies and industrial parks outside the locality, many of whom work in other provinces. According to statistics, the rate of trained workers is more than 90%, of which about 70% have certificates. In the coming time, the commune will strengthen coordination with the district's professional departments and offices to promote vocational training for rural workers, in order to provide skilled human resources for enterprises in the industrial park, while solving employment for local workers.
Not only in Nhuan Trach commune, many other localities in Luong Son district, Kim Boi, Hoa Binh city also focus on vocational training for workers to "take shortcuts, get ahead", ready to supply skilled and high-quality labor force for enterprises investing in production and business in industrial parks in the area.
Determining that investment in the construction of Nhuan Trach Industrial Park will contribute to the synchronous construction of technical infrastructure and regional landscape, and the socio-economic development of the province and Luong Son district, the Provincial People's Committee pays special attention to synchronous investment in traffic infrastructure and production power systems to ensure the best conditions for the industrial park to come into operation. Currently, the project of the road connecting National Highway 6 to Nhuan Trach Industrial Park has been identified by Luong Son District People's Committee as a key project and is being urgently completed. With these favorable conditions, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park is expected to begin attracting secondary investors from mid-2025, when the site and auxiliary items are completed.
