Van Phuc Water Show Square and Music System set record as the largest in Vietnam
Two records include the square and the water music system in the central lake with the largest scale in Vietnam, with a total investment of up to 200 billion VND; Van Phuc City is a large urban area on the peninsula with the first continuous river, lake, and canal landscape system in Vietnam.
The Van Phuc Water Show Square and Music System located at the 6,000m2 Diamond Central Square on the 16-hectare Dai Nhat Lake will be the venue for major events, an ideal entertainment and sightseeing space for Van Phuc residents and visitors, with a capacity of up to 5,000 people.
This is the largest and most modern project in Southeast Asia, arranged in an arc shape towards Diamond Square, with a width of 120m on the surface of Dai Nhat Lake, a mapping film water curtain measuring 80m x 12m, a 60m high water column, a 12m high rain head system, a 35m high explosive nozzle, and more than 400 nozzles. This modern technology will serve to recreate the story of the Mountain God and Water Monster in Vietnamese folk legends.
In the near future, Van Phuc Group will start construction and inaugurate new projects including the Dragon Bay Marina luxury apartment and commercial center, and the inauguration of Van Phuc Saigon Hospital. In addition, Van Phuc Group will continue to focus on creating high-class utility projects at Van Phuc City, bringing valuable living experiences to residents, while increasing the value of real estate products at the project for customers and investors.
Van Phuc City has a scale of 198 hectares. Van Phuc City is developed in a sustainable ecological direction. Owning more than 60% of the project area for green space and water surface to bring residents an ideal living space, fresh and close to nature, good for both mind and body.
