Moc Chau National Tourist Area - The world's leading regional natural destination

Moc Chau National Tourist Area has a total planned area of 206,150 hectares, located in two districts of Moc Chau and Van Ho. This place has diverse, rich, unique and attractive tourism resources in terms of both natural and cultural tourism resources.

About 150km from Hanoi, Moc Chau National Tourist Area is both the gateway to Son La province and a tourist bridge connecting the capital Hanoi and the Northern Delta with the Northwestern provinces. It is considered one of the most important national tourist areas on the "Through the Northwest" tourist corridor on the vital traffic route of National Highway 6.

With the goal of building Moc Chau national tourist area into an attractive destination for tourists, the Party Committee and authorities of the province and the two districts of Moc Chau and Van Ho have led and directed the focus on tourism development to ensure harmony between the following factors: Economy - society - culture - environment; harmonize the interests of the subjects participating in tourism activities. Strengthen tourism management; planning and planning management, ensuring harmony with the environment, not destroying the natural landscape; developing tourism facilities; enhancing tourism promotion.

In recent years, the tourism infrastructure of Moc Chau National Tourist Area has developed rapidly and sustainably with 324 accommodation establishments, of which 54 have been rated as stars and evaluated as meeting tourist service standards; 395 food and beverage establishments; and 58 shopping establishments serving tourists.
