This is one of the important tasks of the year of the Forestry sector to assess the situation and results of the implementation of management, protection, development and PCCCR of forest owners (organizations) and the People's Committees at the commune level; promptly adjust and supplement plans for forest protection and PCCCR, plans to combat and prevent violations of forestry laws to suit the practical situation in the locality and remove obstacles and difficulties in organizing the implementation of forest protection and PCCCR measures.

The inspection contents include: Management, protection, development and PCCCR work; records of management, protection, PCCCR, forest development; equipment, tools, means of protection, PCCCR... At the same time, inspect the current status of forests in some areas at risk of forest fires, areas at high risk of forest encroachment and some forest protection and PCCCR works. The working group directly inspects at the working headquarters of the People's Committee at the commune level; as for the forest owner (organization), depending on specific conditions, works at the inspection site or the working headquarters.
