The program is organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ministry of Home Affairs in coordination with the People's Committee of Quang Tri province; expected to take place from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on July 26, at the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery.
The program was attended by leaders of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, leaders of central departments, ministries, branches and Quang Tri province, along with veteran revolutionaries, heroes of the People's Armed Forces and a large number of union members, youth and people in the area. The program will be broadcast online on digital platforms of unions, associations, and teams at all levels and on the fanpage and youtube channel of Quang Tri Newspaper and Radio and Television.
At the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien listened to the representative of the Central Youth Union report on the script, content and preparation work.
After the inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duc Tien suggested that, in order to ensure the success of the program, the direct implementing units, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Quang Tri Provincial Youth Union, need to carefully review the tasks and clearly assign tasks to avoid omissions, duplication, and overlap in content and tasks. Closely coordinate with functional forces to arrange the reception of delegates; ensure safety, security, order, traffic flow, and direct and arrange vehicles to attend the program.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Military Command to proactively deploy honor guards to serve the funeral and participate in inspection, control, and support fire prevention and fighting before, during, and after the program. Along with that, it is necessary to develop scenarios and backup plans to cope with unfavorable weather conditions.
