This afternoon, February 29, Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Le Quang Tung; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang chaired the working session of the Provincial Party Standing Committee with the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on the key work program for 2024. In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has deployed many key tasks on Party building and organization with appropriate solutions, completing a large amount of work. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee has continued to advise and consolidate the organizational apparatus according to Conclusion No. 50-KL/TW dated February 28, 2023 of the Politburo on continuing to innovate and rearrange the organizational apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient.

Comprehensively and synchronously implement all stages of personnel work to ensure democracy, objectivity, publicity, transparency, timeliness, and compliance with procedures and regulations; advise on concretizing many documents on personnel work. At the same time, advise on implementing the model of "4-good party cells", "4-good grassroots party organizations"; direct the establishment of military party cells in 119 communes, wards, and towns; focus on advising on solutions to promote party member development. Advise on rank promotion, early salary increase, regular salary increase, and implementation of allowances for cadres, civil servants, and public employees according to regulations...

In addition to the achieved results, the work of Party organization and building still has some limitations such as the work of developing Party members only reaching 88.1% of the annual target set by the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress. Some contents of consultation on the work of Party organization and building are still behind schedule due to many objective reasons.

In 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee will focus on implementing key groups of tasks, which are advising on the preparation of party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, such as: rotating, mobilizing, and arranging cadres according to Plan No. 111-KH/TU, dated June 30, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; reviewing, adjusting, and supplementing the planning of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and provincial leadership positions for the 2020-2025, 2021-2026, 2025-2030, 2026-2031 terms.

Establish subcommittees to organize and serve the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030... Focus on implementing the task of advising on the concretization of key documents; advising on interim and final reports and a number of other key tasks.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang noted that the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee needs to focus on implementing a number of contents such as advising on personnel work; implementing the project to rearrange a number of communes, wards and towns associated with rearranging the staff; and developing a project on job positions.

Pay attention to the inspection and supervision of the implementation of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress in the field of Party building in a comprehensive manner, as a basis for building a political report on Party building work.

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Le Quang Tung affirmed that 2024 is the year of preparation for party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the year of shaping personnel plans for the next term, therefore, he requested the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to spend time to carry out inspection and supervision work from planning, training, fostering to rotating cadres at all levels.

Continue to innovate and improve the quality of organizations in the political system, both in terms of organization and personnel work. Continue to review, adjust and supplement personnel planning, paying attention to selecting good people, people with capacity, meeting the requirements, suitable for the job position, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

Continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, pay attention to implementing party member development work, focusing on both the quantity and quality of new party members.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee to strictly and seriously implement regulations on internal political protection.

Pay attention to inspecting and supervising the work of cadres in localities and units, ensuring scientific, strict, public and transparent work of cadres. It is necessary to focus on building a team of cadres in the Party building organization sector to ensure expertise, professionalism, politics and ethics.
