Accordingly, on October 9, 2025, the Inspection and Post-Inspection Team of the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Economic , Infrastructure and Urban Department of Duc Pho Ward People's Committee to conduct an inspection at Business location: Saigon - Quang Ngai Trading One Member Co., Ltd. - Co.opmart Duc Pho (Address at Vinh Binh Residential Group, Duc Pho Ward, Quang Ngai Province).

At the working session, the Inspection and Post-Inspection Team focused on checking legal documents related to food production and trading activities and on-site inspections at production and trading locations (including locations, equipment and tools for production and trading, people directly producing, trading food and preserving food) . Through the inspection, the facility was granted a Certificate of food safety qualified facility and basically complied with legal regulations in the field of food safety; randomly inspected a number of food products for sale , the facility provided full product self -declaration and documents proving the origin and source of the products according to regulations. In addition to the inspection, the Team combined dissemination and education of knowledge and legal regulations on ensuring food safety for food production and trading activities at the facility.

At the end of the inspection, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Khanh - Deputy Head of the Department of Safety and Environment, Department of Industry and Trade - Head of the delegation acknowledged the good compliance with the provisions of the law in the field of food safety of the facility and requested the facility to continue to maintain and improve the implementation of food safety during the business process, and at the same time pay attention to regularly maintaining the work: cleaning the product warehouse area and arranging and preserving goods according to the manufacturer's instructions; implementing temperature control, periodically cleaning cold storage equipment in the business area; regularly storing and updating related legal documents to prove the origin and source of food products traded in accordance with regulations.

Also during this inspection, in order to strengthen food safety assurance during the Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, the Delegation conducted inspections and post-inspections at cake production establishments in the area. Most establishments complied well with the provisions of the law on food safety./.
