The Department of Industry and Trade organizes inspections and supports the resolution of problems at the Hanh Duc - Hanh Minh Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Construction Investment Project.

In order to promptly grasp the difficulties and problems of localities and enterprises in implementing administrative procedures in the field of industrial clusters (CCN) related to the two-level authorities in Quang Ngai province.

On the morning of August 14, 2025, the working delegation of the Department of Industry and Trade chaired by Mr. Huynh Minh Chuong - Deputy Director of the Department, together with representatives of the Departments: Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction; People's Committees of Dinh Cuong and Phuoc Giang communes; Provincial Land Fund Development Center and Thanh Hung Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Investor of technical infrastructure of Hanh Duc - Hanh Minh Industrial Park) inspected and worked on site at Hanh Duc - Hanh Minh Industrial Park.

At the site, the working group listened to progress reports, directly surveyed construction items, and discussed with the investor and local authorities about difficulties and problems related to compensation, site clearance, land allocation, land lease, construction licensing and assignment of state management tasks for industry.

During the working session, the delegation noted a number of major problems such as: the assignment of state management tasks on industrial parks to the commune level is unclear; the progress of compensation and site clearance related to organizations and individuals in the project area is still slow; procedures for land allocation, land lease, adjustment and construction permit issuance need to be accelerated.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Huynh Minh Chuong requested the People's Committees of Dinh Cuong and Phuoc Giang communes to soon coordinate to develop a Regulation on coordination in managing industrial parks in the area as a basis for implementation in the coming time. At the same time, he requested the Investor to proactively coordinate and promptly report to competent agencies and units on arising issues to receive support to resolve and ensure project progress.
