Deputy Heads of the Committee include: Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Manh Ha (Deputy Head of the Standing Steering Committee); Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Phan Van Binh; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Tran Thi Kim Hoa; Director of the Provincial Police - Major General Nguyen Huu Hop.
The Steering Committee also has 9 members who are comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee members, and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors.
