Strangely, "planting" 23 prohibition signs of the same type on a road section of about 1km

On National Highway 27, the section through Lac Lam commune, Don Duong district, Lam Dong province, about 1km long, has just been "planted" with more than 20 signs of the same type - no parking on even days, making road users "dizzy".

According to records, on the road through Lac Lam commune, Don Duong district, about 1km long, there are up to 23 signs prohibiting parking on even days. The signs are "planted" in front of each alley that intersects with National Highway 27, the signs are placed quite close together, like planting urban trees, looking very strange and confusing.

Many people, especially drivers, when passing this section of road were surprised and did not understand why there were so many similar prohibition signs. They thought that one main sign with a secondary sign below would be enough.

According to local residents, these signs were placed by local authorities a few days ago. In such a short stretch of road, “planting” too many signs with the same content is mechanical, causing loss of urban beauty and waste.

Through an alley intersecting with Highway 27, a similar type of prohibition sign was "planted".

After receiving the information, the Lam Dong provincial authorities said that the placement of such a sign was not wrong but mechanical. In this case, only one no-parking sign on even days and a sub-sign below, indicating the length of 1km, would be enough.

The People's Committee of Don Duong district informed that it will soon adjust it to be suitable, scientific and ensure urban aesthetics in the shortest time.
