Celebrating 100 years of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025): Special art program "Forever a loyal heart, sharp pen"

In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), on the evening of June 20, at the Opera House (Hanoi), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism presided over and coordinated with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and Vietnam Television to organize the special art program "Forever a red heart, sharp pen" (General Director: People's Artist Tran Binh; Artistic Director: Meritorious Artist Quynh Trang - Director of Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater). The comrades of the Party Central Committee: Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Le Quoc Minh, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; leaders of news agencies and newspapers nationwide attended.

The art program includes 4 chapters: Chapter I "The Beginning - The foundation of a hundred years of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism"; Chapter II "The fierceness of the resistance war to defend the country - Dedication and dedication of revolutionary journalism"; Chapter III "Gratitude"; Chapter IV "The era of rising up - Prosperity, strength, journalism accompanies the nation".

The program opened with the choir performance "The Torch to Light the Way", recreating the journey of journalism from the early days to modern times. Next was the theme "Those who write history with blood in the fire and bullets" with the works: "Proud of my journalism profession"; "Like a nameless flower"; "The journalism profession I love" as an epic about war reporters, soldier journalists who completed their missions, recorded the glorious feats of the nation and preserved the integrity of history. The program ended with the message "One hundred years of the pen of journalists, not only recording history but also carving the soul of the times" with songs like a symphony of the present and the future, where journalism blends with technology, digital media, artificial intelligence but still retains the core qualities of "Bright eyes - Pure heart - Sharp pen" to join the entire Party, the entire people, the entire army in building a country that is increasingly rich, strong, democratic, fair, civilized, prosperous and happy.

The performances are elaborate, attractive and meaningful.

The program has the participation of many leading Vietnamese artists such as: People's Artist Quoc Hung, People's Artist Thanh Lam, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan, Meritorious Artist Khanh Ngoc, Trong Tan, Dao To Loan, Viet Danh, Xuan Hao, Thu Hang, Thu An, Hai Anh, Phuc Dai...; music groups: Thoi Gian, Phuong Nam and dance groups and choirs from the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater.

The art program was elaborately staged, combining music , dance, images and historical documents. The program's content depicts the 100-year journey full of hardship and glory of Vietnam's revolutionary journalism, from President Ho Chi Minh's founding of Thanh Nien Newspaper to modern journalism in the digital transformation period. With many outstanding performances, the program is like an artistic epic recreating the century-long history of Vietnam's revolutionary journalism; the journey of fighting and serving of generations of Vietnamese journalists.

The special art program “Forever a red heart, sharp pen” is organized to demonstrate the significance, stature, value and great contribution, fulfilling the glorious mission of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press, demonstrating the role of always accompanying the revolutionary path of the Party and Uncle Ho, accompanying the glorious history of struggle in the history of building and defending the country of the nation. Through the program, propaganda to all classes of people about love for the homeland, country, love for the profession, pride of journalists, worthy of being one of the shock forces, pioneers, sharp weapons on the ideological and cultural front of the Party; honoring the contributions of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press to the development achievements of the country in all fields. At the same time, the program also aims to promote traditional culture expressed through the language of contemporary art; strengthen the great national unity bloc, successfully carrying out the country's renovation in the new era.
