Leaders of the Provincial Post Office, Tax Department and Social Insurance signed the Coordination Program

On June 19, 2025, at the headquarters of Ha Tinh Provincial Post Office, the signing ceremony of the coordination program between the Provincial Post Office, the Tax Department of Region XI and Social Insurance of Region XV took place. The program aims to receive and return administrative procedure results (TTHC) through the public postal service in the field of tax and social insurance in new communes across the province.

Also attending were representatives of the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Science and Technology, Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Land Registration Offices of districts, towns, cities...

At the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Deputy Director of the Provincial Post Office presented a report on the results of the coordination in implementing the service of delivering administrative procedures via the Public Postal Service in the past time. Along with that, representatives of the parties also discussed and agreed on the contents of the coordination program. The signed agreement this time is an important basis for organizing the reception, delivery and return of results of administrative procedures in the field of tax and social insurance effectively, especially in the communes newly arranged according to the commune-level administrative units.

The parties have high consensus on the goals, coordination content and commitment to work closely together to deploy services with the best quality, ensuring speed, safety and convenience. This is not only a concrete step in the process of promoting administrative reform but also demonstrates the sense of responsibility and consensus of agencies and units in providing increasingly professional and modern public administrative services, better serving the needs of people, organizations and businesses, contributing to the innovation of the activities of local governments at two levels in Ha Tinh province.
