Accordingly, this tournament gathered 20 athletes and their horses from 9 domestic sport horse riding clubs such as: Hanoi Horse Club, Happy Ranch, Red Lion, Germ Garden, Truong Linh, Lang Biang, Hong Lam - Madagui, Tin Max Horse Club, PTS Viet Tri.
Here, the teams took turns sending their athletes to compete on the Cross-Country track with a total length of 1,800m. The most difficult part of the track was that the athletes had to control their horses to conquer 10 obstacles of varying difficulty throughout the race track arranged by the Organizing Committee.
Because this was the first time the locality held a horse race, and the organizers decided to open the race to the public, the race attracted a large number of local people and tourists to enjoy and cheer for the athletes.
At the end of the tournament, the organizers awarded the first prize to athlete Y Talia Byă, Happy Ranch Club; the second prize to athlete Nguyen Thanh Son Lam, PTS Viet Tri Horse Club; the third prize to athlete Nguyen Quynh Trang, Happy Ranch Club.
Immediately after the competition ended, the organizing committee awarded prizes to the athletes with high achievements.
It is known that the organization of the tournament also aims to promote the sport of horse riding, aiming to form a new model of sports and entertainment, and at the same time attract and serve tourists when coming to Madagui in the future.
In addition, this sporting event also aims to prepare resources in terms of athletes and logistics for Vietnam's equestrian sport to participate in the 35th Sea Games.
The 2025 Cross-Terrain Equestrian Championship is the first amateur sport horse racing competition held in Vietnam by Thien Ma - Madagui Horse Racing Joint Stock Company, with a total prize cost of up to 1.5 billion VND.
