Lam Dong completed more than 86% of level 2 identification account collection

With the drastic participation of the entire political system, up to now, Lam Dong province has collected level 2 electronic identification accounts for 2,445,449/2,929,739 citizens over 14 years old, reaching a rate of 86.8%.

In the organization group, the whole province received 2,118/2,517 applications, reaching 84%. For enterprises and cooperatives, the result reached 15,251/17,731, corresponding to 86%.

Provincial police carry out procedures to issue citizen identification cards and level 2 identification to citizens.

During the 60-day peak period of issuing electronic identification accounts associated with the implementation of the model "Each citizen - One digital identity", from September 15 to November 15, Lam Dong Provincial Police mobilized the synchronous participation of the grassroots political system, implementing the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, checking every person".

The police force of communes, wards and special zones plays a core role, coordinating with community digital technology teams and local socio-political organizations to review the list, develop propaganda and mobilization plans and directly support people to register for identity accounts.

The police force of communes and wards has promoted the spirit of responsibility, stayed close to the grassroots, worked according to the motto "clear people, clear work, clear progress, clear results, clear responsibilities", proactively overcame difficulties, and was creative in organizing implementation.

Thanks to that, the work of receiving and processing level 2 electronic identification records for citizens is guaranteed to be on schedule and of high quality, contributing significantly to promoting digital transformation in the province.

Level 2 electronic identification also creates a "digital shield" to help improve security, prevent fraud and protect people's rights in cyberspace.

This is a solid foundation for Lam Dong to successfully implement the Government's Project 06 on developing population data, electronic identification and authentication, serving national digital transformation in the 2022 - 2025 period, with a vision to 2030.
