Based on actual requirements, the Ministry of Industry and Trade announces the selection of organizations and individuals to preside over the implementation of scientific and technological tasks starting in the 2nd Science, Technology and Innovation Plan for 2026, specifically as follows:
1. Organize the selection of organizations and individuals with legal status and operating functions appropriate to the professional fields of the Ministry-level science and technology tasks in the attached Decisions.
2. List of selection tasks
- Task number 23 in Decision No. 2630/QD-BCT dated September 23, 2025 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on approving the list of ordered science and technology tasks and the method of assigning task implementation in the 2026 plan;
- Tasks with serial numbers: 15, 27, 30, 32, 44, 46, 56, 58, 64, 65, 73, 75, 77, 79, 84, 85, 96 and 98 in Decision No. 2633/QD-BCT dated September 23, 2025 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on approving the list of ordered science and technology tasks and methods of assigning task implementation in the 2026 plan.
3. Application form for selection:
- The application for selection is made in accordance with the provisions of Clause 1, Article 15 of the Regulations on management of ministerial-level science and technology tasks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued in Decision No. 1501/QD-BCT dated May 29, 2025.
- The presentation format, quantity and packaging specifications of the dossier shall comply with the provisions of Clause 2, Article 15 of the Regulations on management of ministerial-level science and technology tasks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued in Decision No. 1501/QD-BCT dated May 29, 2025.
4. Time for receiving documents: The deadline for receiving documents is before 17:00 on December 22, 2025. The date of certification of receipt of documents is the date of receipt of documents calculated according to the postmark of Hanoi Post Office (in case of sending by post) or the postmark of the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion - Ministry of Industry and Trade (in case of direct submission).
5. Address for receiving documents: Ministry of Industry and Trade (through the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion), 54 Hai Ba Trung, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City.
