As reported by Lam Dong Newspaper: On the afternoon of July 1, after nearly 6 hours of investigation and pursuit, officers and soldiers of Bao Lam 2 Commune Police controlled and arrested Nguyen Minh Quan (33 years old, residing in Ward 1, Bao Loc) to investigate the act of "Robbery". The victim of the robbery was Ng.L.D (9 years old, residing in Village 3, Bao Lam 2 Commune, Lam Dong Province).
