Lam Dong province is finalizing the last preparations to be ready to commence construction and inaugurate five key projects on December 19, 2025.

The area where the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tan Phu ( Dong Nai ) - Bao Loc (Lam Dong) expressway project was held on the afternoon of December 18th.

On the afternoon of December 18th, the units completed the final preparations to be ready for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tan Phu (Dong Nai) - Bao Loc ( Lam Dong ) expressway construction project on the morning of December 19th.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway was held on public land in Da Huoai commune, Lam Dong province.

The groundbreaking ceremony will be held at the intersection of the expressway and Provincial Road DT.721 in Da Huoai commune, Lam Dong province. Relevant units have meticulously prepared the location, site, and specific conditions for the ceremony, including the script, program content, invitations, and logistics.

Workers are making the final preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway.

The Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project was approved by the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee in June 2025. The route is approximately 66km long, including about 12km in Dong Nai and nearly 54km in Lam Dong.

This is a Group A project, a Class I road standard project with a design speed of 80 km/hour, implemented under a public-private partnership (PPP) model.

Machinery is assembled at the construction site in preparation for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway.

Son Hai Group Co., Ltd. has been selected by Lam Dong province as the investor to implement the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project. The total investment is VND 14,475 billion, with an expected construction time of 25 months, completion on December 31, 2027, and toll collection for 23 years and 9 months.

Lam Dong province is preparing for the inauguration ceremony of the Phan Thiet Airport construction project.

On December 19th, Lam Dong province will simultaneously hold groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies for 5 key projects.

In addition to the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway, Lam Dong province will also hold the inauguration ceremony for the Phan Thiet Airport construction project, the Dak Nong General Hospital upgrade project, the Tan Duc Industrial Park, and the groundbreaking ceremony for the HLI - Nam Ha 2 ready-built warehouse and factory project.

The Dak Nong General Hospital upgrade project will be inaugurated on December 19th.

On December 19th, 234 projects with a total investment of 3.4 trillion VND will be simultaneously launched, inaugurated, and opened to traffic across the country. 79 locations nationwide will host both in-person and online events.

Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio & Television will broadcast live and online the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of key projects.

This is a politically and economically significant event, celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and creating new momentum to boost the country's economic growth in the coming years.
