These days, the coastal road through Hoa Thuong and Hoa Ha villages (Tam Thanh commune, Tam Ky city) has become colorful and bustling. Jars, pots, baskets, or broken rowing machines and boat pieces are being crafted, renewed and arranged into artistic paintings by artists. Many seemingly discarded objects have become more lively and eye-catching, associated with the message of protecting the environment and preserving the space of the coastal village.

This is an activity within the program "Developing art products at Tam Thanh Community Art Village" in 2024 to enrich art products to serve the goal of tourism development. Participating in this creative activity are more than 120 people, including volunteer artists from provinces and cities in the country; artists from Tam Ky City, the Fine Arts Club of Tam Ky City's education sector; Tam Ky City Youth Union and local officials and people.

At the end of the program, Tam Thanh commune had 20 more wall paintings; 33 basket boats and 50 oars; about 15 sculptures, installations, displays and some works on local products donated by the people. These works will be arranged and decorated in the area along the Truong Giang river bank and the beaches of Hoa Thuong and Hoa Ha villages.

This summer, coming to Tam Thanh, not only will you have blue sea, golden sand or traditional fish sauce village, but you will also be able to enjoy and check-in with works of art with content close to the lives of coastal residents.
