DTO - On the afternoon of July 21, at the meeting room of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Central Organizing Committee delegation led by comrade Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee had a working session with the Provincial Party Standing Committee on Party building and organization work. Receiving and working with the delegation were comrades: Le Quoc Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Phan Van Thang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Thien Nghia - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and comrades who are members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

According to the Provincial Party Committee, the entire Provincial Party Committee has 27 affiliated Party organizations, 543 grassroots Party organizations with 63,253 Party members. Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee have focused on leading and directing the work of Party building and organization with a serious and responsible spirit; clearly identifying a number of key leadership tasks, directing the organization to implement synchronously and resolutely. The leadership quality, working style and manner of Party committees at all levels have been improved; the principle of democratic centralism has been strictly implemented, ensuring collective leadership, maintaining internal solidarity and unity; paying attention to improving the quality of Party cell activities, the quality of Party members and the work of admitting new Party members. From the beginning of the term to June 30, 2023, the whole province has admitted 4,715 new Party members.

The political system of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee is streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently. Up to now, 4 provincial-level models, 3 district-level models and 3 commune-level models have been effectively deployed. The Provincial Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the effective implementation of improving the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees. The work of arranging the organization and apparatus; planning, training, fostering, assigning, using and implementing cadre policies has been done in accordance with procedures and regulations. Party committees at all levels have paid attention to the work of training and fostering cadres. Since the beginning of the term, the entire Provincial Party Committee has sent 2,349 comrades for training and fostering their political theory, professional and technical qualifications...

At the working session, delegates exchanged and discussed contents related to the work of building grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members; the work of organizing the apparatus and staffing associated with job positions; the implementation of training, fostering, and planning of cadres; difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the work of organizing and building the Party at the local level...

Speaking at the working session, Comrade Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organizing Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee in the work of Party organization and building since the beginning of the term. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organizing Committee suggested that the Standing Committee of the Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee focus on leading and directing the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee and Conclusion No. 21 of the 13th Party Central Committee in conjunction with the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity. Continue to implement Conclusion No. 50 of the 13th Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently", in conjunction with the rearrangement of the payroll, improving the quality of cadres. Pay attention to the work of cadre planning; Strengthen inspection and supervision work, pay attention to inspecting and supervising places where negativity and corruption are likely to arise; do a good job of receiving people, resolving complaints and denunciations of people, not allowing them to become hot spots. The Provincial Party Committee focuses on leading and directing to overcome existing difficulties and limitations, and best complete the tasks and targets set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Le Quoc Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee received the direction of the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organization Committee. The Provincial Party Committee will review and develop a roadmap and solutions for comprehensive implementation in all fields, contributing to improving the effectiveness of Party building and organization work, and local socio -economic development.
