Tan Phuoc 1 commune effectively implemented the model of "Safe pineapple fields" according to VietGAP standards, with 57.5 hectares meeting the standards. The commune also developed 5 OCOP products achieving 3 stars and spread the movement "One household one product", contributing to increasing income and forming a safe production chain. Similarly, Tan Phuoc 3 commune stands out with the movement "Enterprises compete in good, safe and effective production and business". With 146 operating enterprises, the commune has created jobs for more than 28,000 workers.

The patriotic emulation movement creates development momentum for communes in Tan Phuoc region.

Hung Thanh commune affirms its role as an economic center with the movement "Competition for good production and business" in agriculture and small-scale industry, reaching a total product value of 4,585 billion VND by 2025, with an average growth rate of 11.9%/year.

Although Tan Phuoc 2 is small in scale, the movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" has brought about clear results such as building 14 new houses and repairing 13 houses for policy families, poor and near-poor households with a total cost of 1.19 billion VND.

In the cultural and social fields, the communes concretized the emulation movement with many practical models. Tan Phuoc 1 combined the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" with social security work, built dozens of houses of gratitude and love, the poverty rate dropped to 0.81%. Tan Phuoc 2 stood out with the construction of a cultural life, the rate of cultural households reached 91% - 95%, all hamlets were recognized as "Cultural hamlets, safe in security and order".

Tan Phuoc 3 implemented the "Cultural residential area - safe in security and order", helping 97.8% of households achieve the title of cultural family; 5/6 schools met national standards, the rate of people participating in health insurance reached 95.13%. Hung Thanh maintained the rate of cultural families above 93%, completed the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, and reduced the rate of poor households to 1.43%.

In particular, many typical examples have shone in the emulation movement. A typical example is Mr. Huynh Huu Toi, Secretary of the Youth Union of Tan Thuan Hamlet, Tan Phuoc 1 Commune. With 1.5 hectares of pineapples generating an income of more than 140 million VND/year, he also supports thousands of seedlings for union members in difficult circumstances, and actively organizes activities such as "Green Sunday", "Volunteer Saturday", planting flowers, cleaning the environment, donating blood...
CREATE MOTIVATION FOR DEVELOPMENT

In the field of national defense and security, the communes have promoted many effective models. Hung Thanh deployed the model of "Security Camera" and "Self-Managed Team" and always completed 100% of the recruitment target. Tan Phuoc 3 maintained 130 self-managed security teams, coordinated with the militia and police to maintain stability and security in the countryside. Tan Phuoc 1 and Tan Phuoc 2 promoted the movement "All people protect the security of the Fatherland", mobilizing the participation of political and social organizations and local people.

Mr. Huynh Huu Toi is one of the typical emulation examples of Tan Phuoc 1 commune when he does well in his family's economy with an income of more than 140 million VND/year and does well in his work as Secretary of the Hamlet Youth Union.

In administrative reform, many good models have been replicated. Hung Thanh stands out with the "No Appointment Day" model in handling administrative procedures, achieving 100% of records processed correctly and before the deadline. Tan Phuoc 3 implements the "Friendly One-Stop Shop" model, promotes electronic identification, and increases people's satisfaction. Tan Phuoc 1 and Tan Phuoc 2 build "Cultural agencies and units", innovate service style, and build the image of the government close to the people and for the people.

To promptly recognize, the commendation work in all 4 communes was carried out transparently, in accordance with regulations, focusing on honoring direct workers. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the communes commended more than 1,370 outstanding individuals and collectives, contributing to spreading the emulation movement in the community.

People of Tan Phuoc 1 commune actively participate in building a green - clean - beautiful environmental landscape.

From the advanced models and examples, it can be seen that the patriotic emulation movement in Tan Phuoc 1, 2, 3 and Hung Thanh has developed comprehensively and sustainably. Each commune has its own strengths and direction, but they have the same thing in common: Emulation is the driving force for development, and rewards are timely encouragement.
