Spread the movement to build cultural life

The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in Hai Ha district has spread widely and become a vibrant emulation movement of all classes of people.

The Association of War Veterans of Quang Ha town launched the movement "Lighting up the countryside roads" in Dong Tam neighborhood.

Identifying the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" as an important solution and driving force to achieve the goal of improving people's material and spiritual life, the district promotes propaganda work on the purpose, meaning and content of the movement, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among all people.

From the beginning of 2024, the district will continue to widely implement the campaign "Day for the Poor", support the repair and construction of solidarity houses for poor households; social security programs, eliminate temporary houses and dilapidated houses; implement civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals and festivals; direct villages, hamlets and neighborhoods to continue reviewing, amending and supplementing village covenants and regulations, complying with the principles of building and implementing village covenants and regulations (according to Decree No. 61/2023/ND-CP of the Government ).

The movement to build cultural families, cultural villages, and cultural neighborhoods is one of the key contents of the movement to build cultural villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods. Up to now, the whole district has 109/112 hamlets, hamlets, and neighborhoods that have achieved and maintained the title of cultural village, hamlet, and neighborhood; 96% of families have achieved the title of cultural family; 25% of families have achieved the title of sports family; 45% of people regularly participate in physical training and sports; 100% of village covenants and regulations have been amended and supplemented in accordance with the local socio -economic development situation; 99.5% of residential areas have implemented a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals.

The district directs 100% of agencies and units in the political system from district to grassroots to build and implement standards on ethics and lifestyle of civil servants and public employees; build a civilized, healthy, democratic, united, humane, and innovative office cultural environment. The district People's Committee coordinates with the district Labor Federation to deploy registration and complete the dossier for recognition of "Cultural standard agencies, units, and enterprises" in the period of 2022-2026. Up to now, 30/83 agencies and units have achieved cultural agency status; direct 41 educational institutions to register and complete cultural units during the school year. It is expected that by the end of 2024, 71/83 institutions will have achieved cultural standards.

The district continues to effectively implement models on environmental protection; building cultural life; economic development; ensuring traffic safety... is a clear demonstration of the movement "All people unite to build cultural life", the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" has been spreading strongly to each household and residential area, contributing to building a strong national solidarity bloc, arousing and promoting resources to promote local socio-economic development.
