According to Agribank's leadership, female union members and employees currently account for over 57% of the total staff in the entire system, present in almost all areas of work such as transactions, credit, technology, management, and community activities.
With an estimated workforce of over 20,000 people, working at all levels, from the Board of Members, Executive Board, departments at the Head Office to the nationwide network of branches and transaction offices, in each position, the women are always proactive in learning, improving their professional skills, actively embracing science and technology, participating in digital transformation, and innovating working methods in the context of the bank entering the digital era.

The "Excellent in Banking Work, Competent in Household Chores" emulation movement continues to be widely implemented, becoming a beautiful aspect of trade union life and corporate culture. By 2025, over 90% of female union members will achieve the "two excellences" title at the grassroots level. The entire system will have 1 individual awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ; 5 collectives and 24 individuals awarded Flags and Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam Banking Trade Union; 4 collectives and 1,221 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Agribank Trade Union; and 32 collectives and 268 individuals commended for the period 2020-2025.
In particular, many young female leaders and staff members are playing a pivotal role in innovation movements such as "Digital Literacy for the People," actively leading the application of new technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions in banking operations, contributing to building Agribank's sustainable development in the new era.

Agribank's Communications Department currently has 36 out of 42 female staff members working in areas such as communications, branding, and product/service development; handling general tasks, planning, content creation, design, filming, and photography.
Due to the nature of their work, the women in the Communications Department are very dynamic. But when a task arises, they'll carry the heavy cameras effortlessly, and use the tripods with ease, no matter how tall... All with the aim of telling the stories of the agency, colleagues, clients, etc., in a truthful, vivid, and interesting way through images, sound, and articles.
To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, 2026, the women of Agribank's Communications Department donned traditional Vietnamese ao dai dresses for a sweet and professional photoshoot. The photos received widespread appreciation and support.
The women in the Communications Department said that this is also a meaningful action to spread the graceful beauty of the ao dai on International Women's Day; and at the same time contribute to affirming the dynamic beauty of Agribank women.
