On the occasion of the 133rd birthday anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023), Nghe An Association in Hanoi , Nam Dan Association in Hanoi , Nghe Tinh Vi Giam Folk Song Club in Hanoi , representatives of the Nguyen Sinh family, and many children of Nghe An who are currently living, studying and working in Hanoi organized many meaningful and touching activities to commemorate the beloved Father of the nation.
Within the framework of the series of events, on the morning of May 19, the Nam Dan Association in Hanoi solemnly held a flower and incense offering ceremony to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Presidential Palace Relic Site and a rally to celebrate the 133rd birthday of beloved Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Museum.

At the Commemoration Ceremony, delegates commemorated President Ho Chi Minh through documentary films, songs, and touching stories about him.
Remaining in everyone's soul is the image of a leader who devoted himself to the country and the people, who sacrificed his whole life for the country to blossom with independence, and for the people to live a prosperous and happy life...
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ta Quang Ngoc - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Minister of Fisheries, Chairman of the Nam Dan Association in Hanoi affirmed: "It has become a tradition for many years, during the lotus blooming season, at the Hall of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, the Nam Dan Association in Hanoi has organized a program to celebrate Uncle Ho's birthday with many deep emotions and infinite gratitude...".
Mr. Ngoc also said emotionally: “Also here, every time we set foot here, the children of Nam Dan homeland feel the unusual warmth and closeness of the beloved leader, even though he has been gone for more than half a century, and even though many of us here have never met him. His simple and close image has truly become familiar and that is also the symbol of extraordinary greatness…”.
Sharing at the celebration, Ms. Tran Thi Hien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Nam Dan district said: "In these days of May, in Lang Sen, Kim Lien, Nam Dan, convoys of cars and streams of people are moving to visit Uncle Ho to personally offer incense to his spirit...".
Ms. Hien also said: “Imbued with Uncle Ho's deep affection for his homeland, the Party Committee, government and people of the district have promoted the highest spirit of solidarity, striving and determined to build Nam Dan to soon become a model new rural district in the direction of developing culture associated with tourism as Uncle Ho always wished during his lifetime…”.
This is also an opportunity for the children of the homeland to report their achievements to Uncle Ho, and promise him that they will continue to strive to excel in their studies and work to be worthy of being children born and raised in the beloved land of Nam Dan, Nghe An.

On the same evening, the Nghe An Association in coordination with the Nghe Tinh Vi Giam Folk Song Club in Hanoi and the Nguyen Sinh clan solemnly organized the 133rd birthday celebration of President Ho Chi Minh with many unique and meaningful cultural and artistic activities.
The artists performed many famous songs written about him such as “Uncle Ho’s advice before leaving”, “Looking at the tree, I miss him again”, “Uncle Ho, an immense love”, “Singing in the Pac Po forest”, “Listening to the boat singing at night, I miss Uncle Ho”, “Missing Uncle Ho in the Central region”, “Homeland of great love and gratitude”, “Remembering mother of Sen village”, “People come back to visit their hometown”…
