On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, Chief of the City Party Committee Office Tran Thang Loi, on behalf of the city leaders, visited the wounded soldiers and expressed gratitude for the contributions of previous generations for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
